I found Mr. Croome to be a professionally excellent - with a lot of experience and background - and personally very pleasant lecturer. His content provided a lot of good impulses at exactly the right altitude to want to dive into the topics. A serious and credible ray of hope in a scene that is irritatingly often dominated by loud and insubstantial 'experts'!
